As per the South African Consumer Act, you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, and it has not been used and is still in its sealed packaging. Lavish Cigars honours a 7-day full refund policy (excluding courier delivery charges).
Please send the product back at your own cost, as you received it, un-opened and un-used. When the product arrives we will inspect it and see if it is liable for an exchange or refund. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note that we do not arrange for the return unless we have sent the incorrect product. Should you receive the wrong product or the product is damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a suitable solution on email info@lavishcigars.co.za
At the time of delivery, your order needs to be checked with the courier company and all damages or shortages need to be stated on the courier delivery waybill. Should you choose not to check your order with the courier company delivery, claims for breakages or shortages maye forfeited.
